The apartment is on the top floor and has great tree top views! There is a large (32") flat-screen Samsung LCD television with high definition cable service and wireless (and wired) broadband internet.
For a small fee -- we will provide you with a NYC cell phone with unlimited local and long distance calls within the U.S. and Canada.
We have installed a combination lock on your apartment door which we program to your own unique entry code number (so no key required for your apartment).
